Fire Hydrant- Black and white
This is a photo that i took. I then put it into Photoshop and transformed it into black and white. After that was done i used the special effects to make it look a little more artsy . I used the special effect was smudge stick. I chose this one because i thought that it looked like some had drawn it which made it have the look i wanted. I am happy with the way my photo turned out!
The theme was "Back to School", so what does a fire hydrant have to do with school. Remember we practiced telling the "story" of our photo. Is the hydrant a symbol for refreshment, safety, washing away the old? You need to explain the meaning to your viewer by giving the work and interesting title.
